I've been using Vida glow for over a year now, and have noticed the change in my skin and also my hair. I had been losing a lot of hair, due to an operation, and my daughter (she is a hairdresser) told me to start taking Vida glow hair and it didn't happen overnight but it did happen and my hair is getting back to its normal thick & curly self after 12 months, I take the hair, collagen, gut pro and the stress and the multivitamin and at 66 years old, my health, skin and hair looks good. Ya gotta try it!
