they do not deliver your package and they want you to find out all the details about your shipment (WHICH THEU DO HAVE ALREADY), print the form, fill it in handwriting, scan it, email it and wait to discover that some of the details do not exactly match and you have to do it all over again? thank you very much, keep my 50 EUR and have fun with it..
