“Wat een waardeloos bedrijf is dit. Niet normaal. Verstuurd naar foutief adres. Fout 1 hoe is dat in godsnaam mogelijk. Dan zou er niet eens een verzendlabel uitgeprint kunnen worden als het adres niet klopt. Vervolgens moet ik zelf zien bij de tracking dat de vervoederen om het juiste adres heeft gevraagd bij VidaXL. Hier heeft VidaXL niets mee gedaan. Fout 2! Ik vraag me af waarom de klant dan zijn telefoonnummer moet achter laten? voor dit soort gevallen toch? Vervolgens neem ik zelf contact op met VidaXL. 2x een terug bel verzoek ingediend via de site. Wordt niet gebeld. fout 3! Per mail draaien ze om het probleem heen en wordt mij toegezegd dat het alsnog is opgestuurd naar het juiste adres. Dit gebeurd niet. Fout 4! Spullen zijn retour afzender. Daar wordt nota bene door het escalatie team niet eerlijk over gedaan. Er is mij meerdere malen bevestigd dat het alsnog naar mij is verstuurd. En nu meer dan 2 weken later nog steeds geen spullen. Niemand doet wat juist is. Wat een belachelijk slecht bedrijf is dit. Eens en nooit nooit meer.”

“The worst online shopping experience I've ever had
Their customer service is impeccable, from the ease of contact to the immediate refund of returned products.
However, since it's not expected to buy furniture just to return it, this positive experience does not in any way outweigh the terrible shopping experience that VidaXL provides. I have been trying to furnish my apartment for 90 days, because all the furniture I tried to purchase from VidaXL, whether bought through marketplaces or from their own online store, arrived with damages and/or missing parts.
There were three purchase attempts, all in vain. Definitely the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I do not recommend the store, nor their own-manufactured products.
That said, I believe there is always room for improvement in any company, so I suggest that instead of focusing solely on expansion, they should focus on improving the company's production line. It is unacceptable for a company the size of VidaXL to deliver furniture with missing parts, and even worse, not have those parts in stock for customer delivery, causing the inconvenience of disassembly, packing, waiting for collection, etc. (even though this process is very efficient).

Ordered a relief table.
It arrived within 6 days but the quality of the table is below all criticism.
The product is full of dirt and dust, also smells very bad. Not only that but the nails that hold the parts of the table together are not nailed correctly, so there are large gaps in several critical places, which also means that the table is not straight and loses its stability. Not to mention the awful aesthetics. It looks like a 10 year old woodworking student made the table. Cost? SEK 1,500.
Contacted customer support as I want my money back because I refuse to pay full price for something that is so defective.
They were willing to refund 10% of the amount or give a discount coupon on the next purchase. I said I don't accept any of the options and want refund at reasonable level >50%. Got a reply that they confirmed that I want a coupon and that it will be sent within 1-3 days. WHAT?

I ordered a coffee table which, according to the description, had to arrive assembled. I hoped - and needed - to use it immediately. Instead, however, I received a box with strange loose wooden parts, VERY FAR from an assembled table. It has NOT solved my problem but created a NEW one!
Finally, I've started assembling the table. It turns out the vidaxl product is of such poor quality, the fasteners are so tragic, and all the ends do not fit together so much that, having already wasted 100 euros on the failed vidaxl purchase, I will still have to buy a drill!
I regret not reading the reviews before ordering. They are very, very bad all over the internet. NEVER EVER buy from vidaxl.”
“Steer clear, they sell lousy rubbish that is of extremely poor quality, fits badly, is full of damage and the finish can't stand anything. The package was full of chip dust and on top of it all, parts were missing. When you complain and want to return, they are very difficult, either they will give you a gift card of 2/3 of what you paid or refund half. Since I didn't want a new product, or a gift card for 2/3 of the price to buy more rubbish from them, I took what little I could get back.
I gave them a less than pleasant review on Trustpilot, when they saw this, they first tried to get me to delete it, then they tried via Trustpilot to say that the review was fake, then they tried to bribe me with NOK 200 to delete the review (I was only willing to do so in case of full settlement) Have saved the emails so can prove this”
