“I purchased a metal shed from a VidalXL distributor on Ebay last fall but did not get around to putting it up until recently. The kit was missing two short base rail so I cant put it together. I contacted customer service and they said they will not help me, I have even offer to pay a small fee to get these parts, very disappointed.
Update: I was contacted by vidalXL and asked to link this review to the distributor who sold this item on Ebay. For several reason I cant do that. I received the product in sealed boxes with clear marking that it was the product from vidalXL so it is their problem. Any distributor would still need to get parts from them. The cost of these parts would be small. Not sure why they are refusing to take care of such a small issue?”
“I ordered a massage bed. The piece arrived not only dirty but also ruined, as if it had been used before. In addition, the latch does not close the bed properly, which by moving it a tiny bit, opens! I wrote twice but after weeks I never received any reply. Very disappointed with the customer service.”

I ordered SKU:810434 black 140x200 bed frame
1st problem: The wood pieces were in terrible condition. Spay painted with a powder black. It was coming off on my hands as I touched the wood parts.
2nd problem: A few pieces of wood were sticky and chipped.
I chatted finally with a real person (no ph# is available). They asked if I wanted a partial refund or to return it. I opted for the €30 partial refund because I could re-paint the boards. So I did that.
3rd problem: While putting together the pieces I painted there are 2 missing main parts! There should be 4 x "B" black wood parts for the side boards. They sent 2 of the 4 "B" parts and 2 different boards with different holes on them. The bed frame can't be put together.
I chatted again with a person and she said they can't send me the correct parts because I already opted for the partial refund. Had I known I didn't have all the crappy parts in the 1st place I would have indeed asked for a full refund and return.
I asked to speak to a manager...Answer = "No". I have been told they will have a manager contact me in 3 days to speak about my escalated issue. I highly doubt they will take a return and I will only be lucky if they send me the 2 correct parts.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!”
