Absolutely pathetic customer service. They are neither willing nor capable to deliver goods on time. I paid them on the 16th December for just one item and they disappeared until they come back to me saying it will be delivered on the 29th. What a shame? It states on thier website 3 to 5 working days.

Order no. 0351001260579 date:11/28/2025 I ordered two XL dog beds that looked quite sturdy in the picture but what I received (after waiting twelve days) bore very little resemblance to the product I ordered. It's thin , cheap limp and flimsy and the cushion is anything but thick. If I'd wanted I could have bought it at the local Chinese store for a quarter of the price, instead I thought I was ordering a quality product at a reasonable price. Turns out I've wasted 86€ and twelve days.

All there fence products are not the correct sizes. There 1.8m panels are actually 1.7m.

Everything went wrong with this product and the delivery. I wished I had read this page before. I bought an aviary with them because the delivery was supposed to be one day. IT TOOK TWO WEEKS!! when it finally arrived the product is awful and took forever to build and it is the worst quality. Some parts were dusty and the packages were broken. some screws came in broken bags. While waiting for the aviary I needed to buy a cage for my birds. They told me on the phone they will compensate me but only when the aviary arrived. When it did, and I called them, they said they had no record of it! After talking to the manager, they offered me $60 refund. Everytime I talked to them or email them I had to tell them EVERYTHING again because they had no records of anything. WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AND PRODUCT!!! DO NOT BUY WITH THEM!!!

The cabinet i brought is awful it's taken 3 whole days to build it's flimsy bends with a slight touch would never buy from here again

!!SCAM ALERT!!! Ordered a bed frame and headboard, on arrival no headboard. When I got in contact I was advised a new one would be sent. A week later a small box arrived with 2 small pieces in it. Got back in contact to be told that this was indeed the headboard, I pointed out that there was NO headboard and was again advised that this is the headboard?? I asked how I fit them and was then advised that they go onto the side of the headboard known as ears "which i didn't have".again I asked where is the back to be told that even doe the item was sold as a headboard, that it wasn't a headboard. I sent photos of what I received and what had been stated on the website as a headboard as they have since removed it. I was then offered a €15 credit note or €10 back into my account. The fitting instructions do not state that the headboard is sold separately. THIS WEBSITE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED

I wish I had seen the ratings before ordering, but 3 weeks after ordering I still can´t get an answer "where the shipment is". refer to tracking site, to no avail. All the answers are AI or google translate and never the same person. no option to cancel order !! Certainly the first and last time I deal with a company that has no ambition for customer service or fulfil their claim: "average 2-3 working days from order to home delivery. Surprised that they waste their money and manpower on marketing with this rating.

Absolutely Appalling – Avoid This Company The show cupboard arrived smashed, with several parts broken – it’s fit for the skip. At first, customer service asked me to list the damaged parts and send photos, which I did promptly. Then they told me the parts weren’t available, yet still refused a refund unless I returned the item. I’m disabled and can’t possibly move or repackage a large broken unit. I’ve asked them repeatedly to collect it, but they clearly don’t want to deal with a damaged product. Meanwhile, it’s lying on my kitchen floor as a tripping hazard. My neighbour, who’s a builder, even offered to put it in a skip for me – but I’m still waiting, hoping they’ll do the right thing and arrange collection and refund. The whole situation is a disgrace, and I strongly advise others to stay away.

I bought a wine rack over 200 euro. The quality of finish is very poor. The quality of pre construction is appalling. To try to construct it is a long and fiddly job as it has not been accurately pre drilled. I would never ever buy from this company again.

Bought an item that was not as described and on contacting them they replied: Thank you for your email! I am sorry that you received the wrong product. Can you please provide the following details so we can investigate and prevent it from happening again? • What is the SKU of the received product? • What is the SKU on the label? • A picture of the received product • If the product has been received in incorrect size, please provide all dimensions I sent this, and the next (3 replies) was for the same information (3 times), then this. In light of the situation, I would like to offer you a reimbursement. Would you accept a coupon for £46 ? Or would you prefer a partial refund of  £4 instead? I refused and told them I want a full refund on return. They wont answer me. Rip off merchants. DO NOT Buy from them.

I bought some items from this store, curtains and clothes. Curtains did not have discounts during checkout, while clothes had 30% discount. They decided not to send one of the curtains; they said they don’t have it in stock, but their website always said it was available, from the day I bought it until the day I received it, and it is still available now. The curtain they didn’t send cost 28,00, they made a magic calculation reducing the discount and returned 23,70 and refused to pay the rest, saying that this is the amount eligible to be refunded. So they are getting 4,30 from me and probably making it all the time with everybody. Following the same logic, what is possible to do: Let’s make two groups, one without discounts costing 2000, and another group costing 2000 with 30% discount. 2000 * 0.30 = 600 discount. Total bill 3400. Now they cancel the entire group without discounts, I would expect to, first of all, be informed about it and decide what to do. But let’s proceed. I would expect to pay 1400, as the items with discounts were not affected. But it is not what they do. They get the total discount and the total amount to get a new percentage, 600 / 3400 = 0.17647. Now, they get the remaining items before the discount (remember, they had 30% discount), and apply 17,647% discount. New discount = 2000 * 0,17647 = 352,94. Total bill 1647,06 instead of 1400. They “forget” to discriminate between items with or without a discount, taking advantage of it. What if they cancel only items with a discount? Do you think they would apply a discount to items that did not have a discount before? I doubt! More than that, after I complained, they removed my account. Once I logged in, I received the welcome message as a new user, and my order was gone

The problem is that they claim they provide an excellent service, but they lie when declaring the arrival time of the producrs. In the email order it is written they will arrive in 3-5 business days and on the ordered products pageor 4-5 business days. The truth is that they are arriving it at least 7-10 days.

Do not recommend – very bad experience! The products arrived damaged and of very poor quality. I tried to contact the seller for a complaint, but they ignore messages and do not respond. Extremely unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise avoiding this store!

One of the most unsatisfactory experiences I have had. I ordered two outdoor dining chairs. One broke on first day of use . Customer relations just get offering the same solution of €30 again and again. The request to return them was ignored

Purchased a 2mx3m shed. If I could choose negative stars, this is where I would start. The product (a shed) was dangerously flimsy - I mean a gentle breeze would, in all likelihood, cause it to crumple - almost paper-thin metal. So - I returned it - and then things got worse. Firstly they denied that they had received it - but I had kept the receipts from the company that picked it up. Then the usual "cheque is in the mail" modern equivalent via email - but nothing. I have raised this with Paypal and am hopeful of a refund but honestly, I entirely regret buying from this company. Use my experience as a guide and AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!

brought a 15ft x 6ft metal shed. absolutely shocking workmanship and quality for the price. the doors have massive gaps all round when shut. parts were misaligned throughout and have had to go and buy parts to rectify the rubbish workmanship. would not recommend this item atall!
