Terrible on ALL levels Terrible. Ordered a relief table. It arrived within 6 days but the quality of the table is below all criticism. The product is full of dirt and dust, also smells very bad. Not only that but the nails that hold the parts of the table together are not nailed correctly, so there are large gaps in several critical places, which also means that the table is not straight and loses its stability. Not to mention the awful aesthetics. It looks like a 10 year old woodworking student made the table. Cost? SEK 1,500. Contacted customer support as I want my money back because I refuse to pay full price for something that is so defective. They were willing to refund 10% of the amount or give a discount coupon on the next purchase. I said I don't accept any of the options and want refund at reasonable level >50%. Got a reply that they confirmed that I want a coupon and that it will be sent within 1-3 days. WHAT? Lousy company, lousy goods and lousy support. BUY. NOT. FROM HERE! RUNNING!
