This is a five-star-plus review. The product I ordered arrived quickly. Unpacked it and found the power cord I needed was missing. E-mailed customer service. Had a reply the next morning, and the proper power cord was overnighted the next day. Super service. Reasonable prices. Expect to do business again with Videoguys.
