“This was a quick and easy process. I would have prefered to pay with a Purchase Order instead of P-Card but there was some confusion on VideoGuys part about that need. Oh well, it all worked out in the end, just a little extra time on my part. Thanks VideoGuys”

“In a world where personal service is an endangered species, Videoguys people are available after the sale. I had an issue with an Avid authentication and after I called Videoguys, someone responded and took care of the issue. They are a trusted source.”

“I’m a first time customer. I received a product from VideoGuys that was not factory sealed as it should have been. When I informed them of that, they reached out to me very quickly to rectify the situation. They offered an even exchange at no additional cost, and apologized for the mistake. I did not do the exchange, as the unit seemed to be working perfectly fine. They decided to at least offer me 5% off of the order for the inconvenience. They may have lost 5%, but they gained a new lifelong customer. Good and honest company.”

“Item was sent to the wrong address, which might have been my fault somehow, but then when I emailed customer service to ask what could be done, I was ghosted. Thankfully I only wasted $50.”

I have confirmed with UPS that the item was delivered to the address entered on the order. If you entered the wrong address please contact us ASAP to try to get the package retrieved and re-routed. I have no record of you contacting customer service which must be why you think you were ghosted.
