I’m a first time customer. I received a product from VideoGuys that was not factory sealed as it should have been. When I informed them of that, they reached out to me very quickly to rectify the situation. They offered an even exchange at no additional cost, and apologized for the mistake.
I did not do the exchange, as the unit seemed to be working perfectly fine. They decided to at least offer me 5% off of the order for the inconvenience. They may have lost 5%, but they gained a new lifelong customer. Good and honest company.
