It started with Jim's great introductory YouTube video. That lead to a phone conversation and help selecting the BirdDog P200 PTZ cam and educational bundle for our house of worship.
At one point I was concerned that the IR remote was defective, and Jim was arranging to send a spare when I determined it was a battery problem. Thanks, VideoGuys!
