The freezer was damaged after being left outside behind my car. I sent pictures of the damage and was offered £10 refund. No questions concerning replacement at all. After much deliberating Emily arranged a courier to collect, anytime between 9 and 5. I'm not sitting on my behind updating my Facebook profile all day like some people. They are a small band of novice third party agents taking a slice off the top and that's all. When there's a problem they are unable to assist as they aren't the supplier. Avoid or expect problems. A dented freezer and 50 emails later. I told Emily to buy herself some flowers with the £10.at least someone will be happy.
To the MD.... they won't print what I want to say but you know what I mean.
