“you went wrong.no customer care. dont buy off this company if your not tec minded or with no app phone or friends or family. as its par for the course for the customer does all the work. my fridge was damaged and would not accept a return unless i had photos took me an hour half to sort it. that should have taken 15 mins amazon are just as unhelpfull”

“Ordered an under counter size freezer for use in garage. No external damage to packing but on removal found crush damage to top corner. Contacted customer and requested return. Collected from us following morning at no cost to us. Account credited with return payment after two days. Didn't reorder as required urgently and bought local. “The freezer was damaged after being left outside behind my car. I sent pictures of the damage and was offered £10 refund. No questions concerning replacement at all. After much deliberating Emily arranged a courier to collect, anytime between 9 and 5. I'm not sitting on my behind updating my Facebook profile all day like some people. They are a small band of novice third party agents taking a slice off the top and that's all. When there's a problem they are unable to assist as they aren't the supplier. Avoid or expect problems. A dented freezer and 50 emails later. I told Emily to buy herself some flowers with the £10.at least someone will be happy.

“I have been attempting to get a refund for a faulty washer (the manufacturer has confirmed that they have 'credited' view click buy several weeks ago) but despite 8 phone calls and 4 emails they just keep fobbing me off and have still not uplifted the faulty product or issued the refund. (This is a £499 item). I would suggest that you buy elsewhere if you are spending a reasonable amount of money ......appalling service”
