you went wrong.no customer care. dont buy off this company if your not tec minded or with no app phone or friends or family. as its par for the course for the customer does all the work. my fridge was damaged and would not accept a return unless i had photos took me an hour half to sort it. that should have taken 15 mins amazon are just as unhelpfull
