I'm in Scotland so I, obviously, use the website to order. Prices are good, delivery is fast and the customer service is great. I made a mistake on my last order (wrong flavour nic salts) so gave them a call expecting to be asked to cancel and reorder. Fortunately the guy on the phone was able to change my order quickly and easily. No waiting for a refund to make another order like other online shops would have me do. Very happy.
