I ordered a vilda rotary drier it I arrived damaged I immediately phoned to tell of the problem and was asked to send a photo of the damage I explained I had no means of sending a photo (not everybody has I phones) I was than told as I refused to send a photo of the damage I would have to pay for its return of £12.50 I said I did not refuse to send a photo I could not send one, I did not like the way the matter was dealt with and said I did not want a replacement or a new part just my money back, it was arranged to be collected the next day at my expense. As this was a damaged item and I did not send it back because I changed my mind your company has no right in charging me £12.50 for its return and I expect the full amount to be put back in my account.
