I placed the order online , the cloths airer was delivered on time 'badly DAMAGED' ! So I was very disappointed. This could have been prevented had it item been parcelled better. The bottom line , customer services asked me if I wanted a discount and keep the item. THis is what I did as to return it would have cost me £8 !!! Which I'm informed would have been refunded. Too much hassle .
