Ddelivery as promised next day Wednesday. Parcel opened with help of a friend on Friday (due to arthritic hands need help) when checking items noticed that the 'spike' was not included!! Contacted your branch on Saturday to let you know. Spoke to Hannah or Rebecca. Was told that they replacements are not done. Well I was not asking for a replacement because the spike was not inside the parcel!!
The split pole rotary clearly states that the spike is part of this model! Please send me spike!
