I ordered the Vileda Extra X legs dryer. The packaging was ripped when it was delivered on 10 April and a wheel corner was missing. It took 5 emails and 6 phone calls (over 40 mins, mainly being put on hold) to the Laundry Company before 9 days later the missing part arrived. Their standard of customer service is appalling. It was only after intervention from their Internal Sales Manager that rectified the matter. I will never buy anything from them again.
