Was able to order product on line even thought it was out of stock. Date was given when it would be back in stock.
Was contacted twice to apologise for delay and asked if I was happy to wait. Giving me updates on when item would be back in stock. You were happy to split order and send what was in stock whilst I waited for out of stock item.
Dates and information given was simple and easy to understand and timelines given for delivery were met with minimum of disruption to myself.
