The dryer itself is brilliant, but it arrived damaged and I have not had any response from customer services. I also live in the Scottish Highlands and had to pay £9.95 delivery. When I compared courier charges to elsewhere in Scotland which were being offered free delivery they were the same for the equivalent size of package, but yet I did not get free carriage. Very disappointed
