I have already sent an email concerning this product. Handle too short -unable to use 2 hands, therefore floor not cleaned properly. (I'm only 5'1"). Also dissatisfied with the head and you have to use your hands to manipulate the cloth to wet and insert into dryer. Very unhappy with my purchase and await comments - it is not fit for purpose.
