I started to use these mop pads when my kids were small so we didn’t have to lock the wet mop in the broom cupboard. With 5 kids under 5 , someone would invariably grab the mop as their trusty steed or appropriate it as a weapon or worst of all, tasty snack. It’s nice to be able to put the mop pad in a hot wash and there’s something gross about cleaning body fluids using a dilute solution of other body fluids which is what can happen with a conventional mop. The mop pads get better with age. They’re great for damp dusting too. Brilliant if you have a long haired dog-especially if he has some rather unreliable toilet habits. Now I’ve discovered that you can use them for wall washing or removing mildew from bathroom so I’ve just bought 4 new pads- they’ll be nicely aged for when the kids move out lol
