I am very pleased with the spray mop itself but not the service from Vileda. I placed the order on Thursday and paid for next day delivery. The mop arrived on Monday. Meanwhile I saw it in Tesco on Friday and could have bought it there and then saving myself the cost of next day delivery. Disappointing.
