Already reported the badly ravelled lines which took at least 2 hours to unravel. The winding mechanism is not working. Phoned your Customer Service who requested I send an email and picture to “support@laundrycompany.co.uk”....this I have done and will hopefully get a response. All very inconvenient as I was really looking forward to using my new rotary dryer, have piles of laundry waiting to put out!! Would appreciate some action on this..Thank you.
