I ordered this item over a week ago on next day delivery (stated on their website). It eventually arrived four days late as it had been sent originally to the incorrect town! I would not take delivery of it when it did arrive as the packaging was open and the polystyrene that had protected the top was crushed and the line was protruding. I have asked for a replacement as I do rate the line as I had one previously but it has still not arrived so I wait in hope. I would not order online from them again.
