I bought a Callie brown backpack as a gift for my girlfriend. She has been astonished on how excellent the product has been, the smooth, high-quality leather and the whole elegant packaging. Most importantly though, I was impressed by the friendly, professional approach by the employees. They have been very kind, helpful and the fact that they offer a house delivery is an extra mile of appreciation!!!
