In my haste to sign up and order my first carton of wine, I missed out on my bonuses that were being offered. No problem, I made the call to order another carton a couple of weeks later and explained what I had done. They fixed it on the spot and gave me my bonuses with this order including my brother in law's recommendation bonus. Can't ask for better service than that.
