Communication, service with phone service was excellent especially when Australia post smashed a case! Website easy to use but the wine wasn't amazing. First bottle we opened was corked! I chose vegan wines as I've had issues with stomach and those that use dairy. Both wines we bought gave me terrible stomach ache. Lucky my husband was able to soldier on!
Not sure whether I'd buy again or not...
