Complete 5 star to start with.
Dropped back to 4 star as not getting the same service from the people ringing up and recommending good wine.
We now have to order ourselves online and feel the deals aren't as good and the quality of wine is not as good as when the person called me and recommended it.
We order a lot of wine and would like to experience some of those mix cases where you get the random gem of a wine in amongst the mix case.
