I like your style and customer experience. I pretty much only buy pinot noir. i've bought a bunch from you but stopped approx 3-4 months ago as i bought 2-3 cases of few different types of wine that all tasted off. i mentioned this to tane, one of your sales reps. he was really great and said next time to let him know so i can return it. i will prob do that as i found the fact that i purchased a few batches of bad wine from you extremely off putting after a great period of trusting the wine i was buying from you.
