I’ve been a customer for about five years and would buy about 12 cases a year I reckon. This represents 90% of my wine buying. This measure alone is an indicator of the quality of my experience. Missteps have been few and far between - quality of wine has generally been excellent and the level of saving from retail is generally accurately represented although some of the claimed retail prices on imports seem a bit inflated.
