Mostly my experience is positive. But recently I bought three cases, two of which I thought were filled with poor wine and therefore were poor value. When I emailed about this there was no offer of a refund, though I did receive a $20 voucher on my next purchase. I’m not sure when that will be because you guys have always promised a lot and lived up to that promise, but now I think you’re like everyone else...just pumping it out for the cash. Which is fine...you just don’t automatically get my loyalty or respect. That’s all.
