I ordered Protexin Gut Balancer but still had't received it over a week later. Customer service can see from Royal Mail's website that no attempt has been made to deliver my parcel . I was advised to phone again in another 8 days or order and pay for another to be sent. I needed the product quickly and paid for postage, I think it's unreasonable to expect a customer to wait 2 and a half weeks before acknowledging that the order has gone missing.
I won't order from VioVet again.
