Bought 3x metal caged fat ball holder which is advertised in a photo on the website showing a cage that holds 4 fat balls. This was to replace my old one which broke but I have received 3x individual singular cages. Unfortunately it’s not clearly stated that the sale is for 1 individual cage.

One thing after another if your pet is on serious medication do not rely on this company when you phone up you get a couldn't care less attitude if you use this company for serious medication you are risking your pets health I firmly believe they should not be licensed for serious drugs the non stop hassle ignored emails false promises from senior staff I'm finished with them now as I believe they are a risk to my dogs health my final order for epilepsy drugs is now into a full week without despatch I'm trying to contact media regarding this company I actually feel stressed dealing with them my next action will be trading standards I honestly feel like crying when I have to deal with them

Delivered wrong product. Customer Service absolutely useless. They needed a photo of the wrong product before they would do anything! Avoid.

Awful experience. I've ordered a few times with Viovet, without problems. My recent and regular order of 12 tins of Royal Canin Gastrointestinal dog food was not problem free! On arrival, over half the tins were badly damaged. I contacted Viovet as obviously there is the possibility of contamination within the tins. I sent photos of the damaged tins, as requested by Milena. (Customer support) I honestly don't think they care! It took quite number of days for any resolution. They state on their website that they refund or replace. They don't! They offered me 10% off my order, which equates to just over a tin of Royal Canin Gastrointestinal dog food. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I do not recommend Viovet, owned by Pinnacle Pet Group.

I’ve been a regular customer for many years .. was pleased to see a discount code offered last week. However , having then proceeded to make 2 orders in 2 days was dissatisfied that I could not use the code for either .. First order was no option through PayPal and 2nd was not offered on wormers etc

I feel compelled to share my extraordinarily disappointing experience with VioVet, particularly regarding their customer service, which has not only been poor but has significantly impacted my dogs health. This review serves as a cautionary tale for all pet owners in need of a reliable service for their pets' medication, especially for chronic conditions like arthritis. My ordeal with VioVet began with an order for arthritis medication for my dog. Given the nature of his condition, timely administration of his medication is crucial for managing pain and ensuring his quality of life. However, VioVet's failure in this regard has been twofold: not only did they fail to deliver the medication on time, but their customer service has been virtually non-existent in addressing my concerns and urgent inquiries. Despite paying for the expedited delivery, one month later I am still without the medication or even an inkling on when it is likely to arrive. Attempting to communicate with VioVet about the delay and to find a resolution has been an exercise in frustration. Calls and emails seem to disappear into a void, with no acknowledgment or response. The lack of communication has been both baffling and infuriating, leaving me feeling helpless as I watched my pet's condition deteriorate without his medication. The direct consequence of VioVet's negligence—both in terms of delayed medication delivery and their abysmal customer service—has been a significant and unnecessary increase in my dogs' suffering. The pain and discomfort he has experienced could have been avoided with proper service and a basic level of communication from VioVet. This situation has not only affected my pet's health and well-being but has also caused considerable stress and anxiety for our family. Dealing with the uncertainty of when, or if, his medication will arrive, along with the total lack of support from VioVet, has been an ordeal we would not wish on anyone. It's clear that VioVet's operations and customer service are severely lacking, to the point where relying on them for something as critical as pet medication is a gamble and I would strongly advise against using them. The potential risk to your pet's health and the sheer frustration of attempting to deal with their customer service is not worth it. In conclusion, if you are considering VioVet for your pet's medication needs, I urge you to look elsewhere. The health and comfort of your pet, as well as your peace of mind, are too important to entrust to a company that shows such disregard for customer service and the very purpose of their business, pets!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER…..A week after placing order I was advised that my ordered item is out of stock and I will need to wait a few weeks until it’s restocked. I contacted the company to cancel my order and refund my money so I can shop elsewhere. They have been completely unresponsive so far, phone number is continuously busy, emails not answered and auto reply advises me I need to wait 7 days before I can expect a response. A wholly unsatisfactory experience. Thankfully I am able to place an order elsewhere at this time, but if someone didn’t have the extra cash to make a replacement purchase with another supplier before (I hope!) the refund is eventually honoured, it could leave someone severely impacted. This company must be in some sort of severe organisational trouble to be conducting themselves in this way.

Terrible customer service, Take my £94.98 then do not despatch when promised. My 13 year old dog is waiting for his librela injections and it still says checking prescription 4 days later. Phoned customer service on hold for nearly 30 minutes. was told they could not tell me when I could expect delivery. Do not reply to emails. Meanwhile my dog needs his medication. AVOID especially if ordering medicines

Absolutely awful now used to use a lot never again take your order and payment then create a postage label but don’t dispatch your items had to open case with PayPal for refund

Placed an order for prescription medication for my dog and uploaded the prescription while making the order. 6 days later and the order is still at "checking prescription" status. I had contacted them to ask about expected waiting times after 4 days with their website saying the expected to reply in 24 hours. Only to receive an email 2 days later saying I would need to wait another 7 days for a reply. I've ended up cancelling the order and going with my usual supplier. I had only used animed as my usual was reporting possibly delays but I may as well not as bothered. Hoping I actually get my refund back since they're taking so long to reply I really don't want to have to argue about that too.

Viovet were unable to fulfill my order but didn’t bother to notify when part of the order was missing. After spending 15 minutes trying to get through to them on the phone I was told that the item would be in stock in a day or so. I received an email the following day stating item would not be in stock for a couple of weeks and gave me the option to cancel. One week on and still not reimbursed

What went wrong was I ordered my cat food (3 bags) before 8am on Monday morning. It is now Thursday and nothing has arrived. They use DPD who have sent me an email saying that this will be delivered Thursday. I rung them up and they said it would arrive Friday. Purchased twice before without any problems. I have had to purchase 3 bags of cat foods elsewhere as my cats need feeding, This Company really has a bad attitude when you call them. Sorry isnt good enough. They probably havent even sent it. I would like a full refund but I doubt if they will, as they are obviously not on the level !!!!!!!!

Ordered over£100 worth of cat biscuits on March the 2nd was told I would receive them on the 5/6 still waiting on the 7th still no sign of them being dispatched! Now run out of cat biscuits so got and go purchase from somewhere else after spending over a £100 on this site NOT HAPPY will never order again !!!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent decline in the quality of service provided by your company. Previously known for its reliability and excellence, it is disheartening to witness the current state of affairs, which has resulted in a waste of customers' valuable time and compromised animal welfare. My initial order placed during the winter season faced significant delays, prompting me to initiate a cancellation. However, the order was eventually dispatched, leading me to believe that this may have been an isolated incident. Regrettably, a subsequent order placed to cater to the urgent needs of my animals, who require additional calories and are due to give birth soon, has encountered similar issues. Despite an estimated delivery date of March 1st, the order remains in the "awaiting for courier" status as of March 5th, with no tangible progress since my initial inquiry on March 2nd. I suspect that the company may be experiencing stock shortages, which should have been communicated transparently to customers to avoid unnecessary waiting periods. As a result, I have sought an alternative solution through a reliable provider to ensure the well-being of my animals. It is deeply concerning to witness the deterioration of what was once a reputable company. In light of these circumstances, I strongly recommend that customers seeking reliable and timely services for their animals' health consider alternative options.

Order held up because a £2 packet of cat treats was out of stock - Unbelievable! Still not received the main item in the order. this co. used to be good and reliable - not now. I'm cancelling my order. Phone line is answered with an automated message and then nothing.

Placed an order for over £300 with of equestrian items. 3 weeks later still not arrived, despite chasing, I was then told the entire order was being held for 2 missing items totalling less than £10. I told them to send what they had, which i was informed would happen. Another week still not shipped. Now a different item missing, cancel that item.... yet still no sent. I have now cancelled the whole order and placed elsewhere after waiting more than 5 weeks.

Just do not bother with this company. Dreadful all round. No communication, orders are always late. And trying to get in touch them is impossible. "Up to a week ro reply to an email" and you'll have at least a 40 minute wait to get through on the phone. I had to cancel my last order and I am now waiting for a return of my money.
