Have used Viovet several times now and they have never failed to deliver an excellent service, their prices are unbeatable, I always receive my order just a few days later and the quality of goods are excellent. Will continue to use this company. Thank you Viovet!

Worst customer service and delivery delays ever experienced. If I ever receive my order which includes puppy food I will never use this company again. They do not answer emails, however they continue to send emails with details of their products and offers. They are quick to take payment but 3 weeks later no products received and unable to confirm it would be dispatched today as requested considering the long delay already.

I was a regular customer no doubt they will delete this review, will not use again rubbish dispatch times and charged me shipping on a free shipping order because THEY didn’t have the stock even thought it said they did when I bought the item. Very deceitful and do not care about customers

Given feedback of my experience with Viovet to Trading Standards. Not a good company to deal with. Product not as described, the weight of the product was 300g less than stated. They want me to pay to return product for a refund and also send it recorded! I will per-sue this matter with my card company and Trading Standards and find out if it is right.

Don't waste time with them, your pet's health may be at stake, I placed my order with urgent delivery to receive it before Friday and I didn't have to go to the emergency room with my dog, I don't recommend it waiting for them to return me the money, I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Horrible customer service. Sent old food, my dog lost 2kg in 2 weeks!!! They don't take any responsibility, very arrogant, patronising company! Save yourself some sorrow and stay away!!!!

Terrible! Sent my dog mouldy Serrano ham bones then ignored the email I sent customer care and the tweet I sent them. The bones were in date and sealed. Disgusting lack of care for owners and their pets.

After waiting for 3weeks for my ordered to be delivered and eventually receiving a text to say it would be delivered everyday for 6 days ( by DX) I eventually cancelled my order. So I have spent almost 2 hours of my time on the phone and my order still hasn't been fully refunded. They still owe me money. They have responded to my trust pilot review apologising and saying they will deal with refund. Just rubbish no money and no response to emails. Have shopped with Viovet many times over a number of years. Never again - they just don't care.

They can't count. Ordered 24 tins of Whiskers cat food. Only a pack of 6 in the box, yet claim to have cctv of the box being packed with 24! Asked for a copy of the cctv yet to get it.

A bunch of cheaters. Do not buy from them I did not receive my package I ordered 3 months ago After being told to contact me on 10.9 pitcher they tell me now that they can not help with the matter. Cheeky. I will file a lawsuit against them. order #15999998

Viovet let me down again! Paid extra for ‘express’ delivery and a week later still not arrived! Viovet just say it’s not their fault so can’t do anything about it! Terrible service again!

Fraudsters. They took my money but never confirmed my order. When I asked where my order was they said they had no record of it. Then they tried to hide behind the data protection act. As I had paid by PayPal I sent PayPal's confirmation of my order which has on it the order details. They stopped corresponding. It should be noted that when I paid by PayPal I was required by viovet to enable them to take money from me whenever they liked without further authorisation. Needless to say I have been in touch with PayPal to cancel this.

For the 3rd time, paid 4.99 for delivery but the delivery man drop the heavy bag of parrot seeds in front of my driveway. He did not called me, did not inform me, found out it had been delivered by email. Viovet refuses to refund the delivery. Wont buy there again. Greedy and unkind.

Great selection of products for good prices, but customer service is shockingly bad. I was informed a week after I placed the order that two items were not in stock and they were holding the order until stock arrived. I had to go out and buy the products instead so relied and asked to cancel the order, to which they replied saying oh it’s in stock now we’ve sent it out. Still waiting for a reply from Tracey after 3 days.

After being warned this company cherry picks reviews, we'll see if this gets posted. After two attempts to have products delivered I've given up. Our initial order, was delayed as viovet did not have the items in stock and didn't inform us, the parcel was eventually sent out via DX Express Couriers who 'apparently' lost the parcel. Viovet sent the parcel out again with the same courier and it was delivered to a different customer. I contacted the couriers who were rude, unhelpful and basically couldn't have cared less they had delivered to the wrong customer. I have to say the customer service ladies at viovet were lovely, very pleasant. My advice would be if you order from this company on line, follow it up with a phone call to make sure they have stock. Plus, a note to viovet, use a different courier, DX Express are bringing the name of your company down. I've reorded the products I needed elsewhere and will not be using your company again or recommending it to others.

This is a continuation from a previous review... I'm still trying to get my money back from Viovet - the order was placed on the 18th June (it's now 6th July). After messing me around no end and never receiving my order, I've finally received an email today saying they would refund me £8.99, however the order was for £40.99. I'm now in the process of putting in a complaint to my bank to try to recover my money via them. It's unbelievable how incompetent this company has become (they used to be good). AVOID!!

Don't bother ordering from this company! I placed an order on June 18th with an estimated delivery date of 21th Jun - 22nd Jun. I waited and heard nothing. I emailed twice to see where my order was and received no reply to either. I received an email today (Jun 29th) to tell me that the products I ordered are out of stock and that they don't know when they'll be in stock. They have already taken payment, so now I need to cancel the order and chase for a refund. Terrible service.
