The price for a box of Gourmet Perle cat food (96 sachets) was quoted as £25.99, or thereabouts, and as I put in my card details, that is what I was told I was being charged, about £10.00 less than Amazon. It arrived promptly, hence two stars. I have just checked my bank statement, and I was charged £36.99. Considerably less than impressed with Viovet.

I ordered three bags of dog food on 6.9.23 amounting to approx £190. Latest delivery was quoted at 12.9.23 which seemed slow but my existing supplies would just about last. When nothing had appeared by the 12th I messaged VioVet but got no response. So then phoned and after a long wait was told the delay was caused by the particular dog food being stored on a high shelf in the warehouse. Surely warehouses have fork lift trucks to get products down from high shelves? I was promised it would arrive in the next few days. Why not tomorrow as we're already past the 12th? Sent another message to the VioVet "Support" but again no response. Another time consuming phone call, number fifteen in the queue. I thought buying on line was supposed to be easy! Eventually received the order two weeks after placing it but no response ever from "Support". So would be very wary of ordering anything from VioVet again. A visit to the local pet supplies seems a much safer bet.

Whilst my order arrived in reasonable time given Christmas post and mail strikes, the packing was too small for the product which arrived damaged and open to the air. I have had to sellotape the container together in an effort to keep the contents airtight. This is not the first time this has happened and obviously nothing has been changed despite my written complaints. The product is not cheap - the least they can do is pack it properly.

The item we ordered was as expected as it was a replacement. We wanted it in a hurry so paid for postage. Ordered Monday lunch time, dispatched Wednesday, arrived Saturday afternoon! So a waste of money.

Be aware when paying for a extra quick delivery that the date you glance at to be delivered is not a Viovet DISPATCH date not delivery date, as in my experience you can get the goods as or nearly as quickly with free delivery if you meet the free delivery threshold. I am a regular user of viovet have been for years however have been caught out by the so called despatch date. I have notified them off this and they are unwilling to refund my extra delivery fee. I am still awaiting my parcel

disappointed that danilon has gone up in price , its now a similar price from my vet , i would have expected it at least to stay the same price for the life of my presciption and been given a warning for this , otherwise no problems with viovet

We have used Viovet for about 2 years now and so far had had good service, however, in the last 6 months things have gone awry. Sending similar but the wrong items has been a problem and Viovet promoted their own product Regotum as a cheaper alternative to our regular order for Pro-Fibre, we tried it and the Regotum is a powder which does not suit us and our dog whereas Pro-Fibre is in pellet form and is easily incorporated and eaten with our dog's kibbles. We will not buy Regotum again and might change suppliers away from Viovet.

Despite my expectations, I was not so pleased with my second order than I was with my first. There were 2 items that were not the same as the ones I ordered - the carr & day & martin wound cream for horses and the protection plus cream for horses of the same brand. I guess they have been re-branded. The Large box seemed dusty and a little dirty (I have pictures but I am not sure how to upload) and the mane brush had a yellowish mark on one of the edges as if the paint came off because of prolonged use. I will give the online shop 1 more chance, but I will definitely contact them for those issues.

You processed two order together and was processing my third in three days. 1300.00 For the two order in two days. You said the payment was not paid! The payment Had cleared two days earlier. That was the second time I ordered from you. The first time you lost my order for ten days! I guess you are getting better. I do not know where the third set of four bottles that have been paid for.
