Whilst my order arrived in reasonable time given Christmas post and mail strikes, the packing was too small for the product which arrived damaged and open to the air. I have had to sellotape the container together in an effort to keep the contents airtight.
This is not the first time this has happened and obviously nothing has been changed despite my written complaints. The product is not cheap - the least they can do is pack it properly.
