Viovet were unable to fulfill my order but didn’t bother to notify when part of the order was missing. After spending 15 minutes trying to get through to them on the phone I was told that the item would be in stock in a day or so. I received an email the following day stating item would not be in stock for a couple of weeks and gave me the option to cancel. One week on and still not reimbursed
