OMG! 25 minutes waiting in the phone cue only to be told that they are trying to deal with a large backlog of orders. Cant guarantee a delivery date after ordering on the 5th December and now its the 24th January. Last order I was told delay was due to the item being on a high shelf and they were not able to access it! Blaming it all on warehouse move etc., I asked why customers had not been emailed to tell them of the delay? apparently Managers and Directors are aware that this should have happened. No wonder customers are leaving in droves.
