My order was dispatched on the 4th of January 2019. It included food and medicine which my dogs needed to take by the 22nd of February.
A month and a half later, on the 18th of February, it still didn't arrive at my destination.
VioVet offered a full refund, which I had no choice but to accept. At that time I had already bought all that stuff from other shops (besides the medicine).
Because of VioVet, not only did I payed more because I had to buy from other places, but my dogs got their medicine almost a month later (!!!) and suffered during that time because of it.
VioVet didn't offer to resend it with a faster delivery, or compensate me for all of their mistakes.
Absolutely the worst customer service I've encountered in my life.
