The customer service delivered was derisory,
Items were not sent due to slack of communication between departments.
No call to explain the delay.No email.
When I called to query it.The agent was unhelpful and officious.
Eventually admitted that it had been wrongly entered into the system, but no apology.
I asked to order the full amount on the prescription as I didn’t want to deal with this company again
However items didn’t arrive.More terse emails.
I would not recommend them at all.
