Horrendous customer service. Slow reply’s with empty promises. To then being completely ignored. It’s taken more than 2 weeks to try and organise returning a dog bed which was not even close to the advertised size. I’m beginning to give up with it all. Can’t believe there are so many positive reviews, they must be fake.
I’ve never had to leave a bad review for anyone.
