Great communication during booking process and prior to check in. However we were disappointed with the checkin process. We were told that we would be met at the property in person and be provided with instructions of how everything worked but no instructions were provided how or when this would happen. In reality we arrived at the property albeit early and had no idea what do next. When we contacted the number provided, which was to be fair answered promptly, we were told the property was unlocked. Our next and only face to face meeting was 3 days later when a representative arrived at the villa to collect the visitor tax. The representative of VIP Holiday Booker was available via a mobile number and we did have occasion once to contact them during our stay when some of the lighting in the villa failed. They responded promptly to our message and provided advice as to how to remedy the situation.
