This was a fantastic holiday experience for all the family from the time we arrived to the day we departed. The VIP team made our stay more relaxing even arranging for our planned shopping list to be collected and at the Villa ready for our arrival. Jure (property manager)met us on arrival and gave us an in-depth introduction to the Villa Elyzeum room by room and assured us he was on call if needed at any time. Katia (who was more than a housekeeper) came to the Villa daily to assist with any housework, queries or even arranging to collect any additional provisions and nothing was too much trouble. The whole team exceeded our expectations and made this a holiday to remember We are already looking forward to and planning our return. Keep up the good work VIP Team.
