I was supposed to be met by your representative/host at the house I was renting. She was not there when I arrived. She did not even bother to email or call to let me know why she did not show up. No one from your agency reached out to me once during my stay to check if my stay was ok or if I needed anything. That was the most unprofessional experience I ever had with any travel professional, ever.
