I am only giving 4* because of the problems we had on receiving hire cars on the 3rd Aug. You did not make it clear I needed to produce vouchers for both cars therefore unaware I had pay 1300 euros per car as security. You sent villa voucher which was no problem and very clear instructions were given not with cars. I have had trouble using you 'holiday package' all through organising payments meaning you had to send links separately. Otherwise you were helpful.
