I was very reassured with how VIP Holiday Booker handled our booking and they gave me confidence that I would be looked after. I was able to establish contact with three different people (via email and/or WhatsApp) and had the confidence that I had help available if needed. The accommodation is not easily found on Google Maps and the written directions I received were very helpful.
The host was very helpful and assisted us in collecting two of our party and bringing them to the villa (while the others arrived late).
