Their packaging is badas they don't care if there will be problems with shipping as I got the perfume broken and the liquid is out of the bottle and at the end informed me that will give you 30% as per a ridiculous policy that is not there saying "perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged because of shipping conditions" why will I be responsible of shipping problem and its not me who is shipping and there is another item I requested and didn't receive because its not available and they informed me that they will return the amount as voucher and I really decided not to buy anything from them and since I told them no I want it back to my credit card they started to ignore all my chats and that is really irritating and not acceptable.
