I was scheduled to attend a wedding in Vancouver on August 3rd, but at the last minute, the airline cancelled our flight. I spoke with customer service at VIP Cars and they cancelled my rental without complaint. The service representative, Dave Wilson, was friendly, accomodating, responsive and extremely efficient. After many years of business travel, during which time I always rented a car at the airport terminal. On this occasion, I decided to accept the relative inconvenience of a shuttle to the rental location, at a significant saving in rental fees. Those savings, and the extremely helpful service from Dave after the airline left me in the lurch, means that I will continue to business with this company going forward. Many thanks, Kevin Cowan
