There was an overbooking situation with the supplier that resulted in a one-day delay in providing me with the rented car. I had to submit a claim directly to the car rental supplier, which was not successful. I immediately contacted the VIPCars customer service and they took care of the situation. Finally, the situation was resolved and a refund for the out-of-pocket expenses I had incurred for the delay was issued. Many thanks to the VIPCars customer service, specifically, to Jason Roy who gave proper follow up with the supplier and kept me informed by email of everything throughout the process.
